Business Acumen 213: Next-Level Business Reviews (BA-213)

Description
Business reviews are an essential tool for communication and relationship development with key customers. As your business grows and your relationship with key accounts develops, you need higher-level business reviews that address more complex and far-reaching issues.
Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
+ describe the business review engagement model
+ identify who should be involved in a business review from our team and from the customer's team
+ schedule the right time frames and location for doing a business review
+ present a cohesive picture of the state of the business
+ identify and discuss key elements that go into strategic alignment with customers
+ prepare for a business review, including identifying information that should and should NOT be presented or discussed in the business review
+ list and execute the next and ongoing steps in this process
The learner will view excerpts from a recorded training and answer questions along the way to check for complete comprehension. A copy of the slides is included for reference.
Learners are encouraged to bring their own knowledge, use search engines, and ask questions (marcia_mednick@takarabio.com) throughout their learning journey.
