Description
Business reviews are an essential tool for communication and relationship development with key customers.
Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
+ articulate what a business review is and why we should do business reviews with key customers
+ identify who should be involved in a business review from our team and from the customer's team
+ schedule the right time frames and location for doing a business review
+ prepare for a business review, including identifying information that should and should NOT be presented or discussed in the business review
The learner will view excerpts from a recorded training and answer questions along the way to check for complete comprehension.
Learners are encouraged to bring their own knowledge, use search engines, and ask questions (marcia_mednick@takarabio.com) throughout their learning journey.
